GREEN BAY, Wis. — The Packers promoted from within to replace the retiring Mark Murphy as team president. Ed Policy ascends from the Chief Operating Officer and general counsel to the top job in the organization. Dennis Krause sat down with Policy Tuesday afternoon at Lambeau Field.

Policy discussed the transition from Mark Murphy, how gracious Murphy has been, how he may choose to structure things and more. 

He also talked about his dad, Carmen and the job he did with the 49ers, and what lessons he's learned from him along the way.
