State Rep. Christian Phelps is a Democrat from Eau Claire. Phelps is the vice chair of the LGBTQ Caucus. He joined Spectrum News 1 to discuss some of the legislative issues he said he feels are important to the LGBTQ community. He also discussed his own story of why he wanted to enter to political realm.
