DARKE COUNTY, Ohio —The National Weather Service confirmed that a weak EF0 tornado touched down in western Ohio, just north of Greenville in Darke County, Friday evening around 7:30 p.m.
The tornado's estimated wind speed was 65 miles per hour.
NWS said the tornado caused damage to a property on Greenville-Celina Road, north of Childrens Home Bradford Road. They said a roof overhang and siding suffered some minor damage.
This is Ohio's 16th confirmed tornado this year.
