It’s a very cold start Saturday morning, but with winds turning out of the south, the second half of the day will see temperatures closer to average for middle February.

Skies will be mostly sunny for most of Saturday, with only high clouds becoming more common across our skies during the afternoon.  Winds could gust occasionally up to around 20-25 mph, making for slightly breezy conditions.  Temperatures will top out in the 40s and 50s across Kentucky.

Tonight, clouds will increase and temperatures will not be nearly as cold as Friday night.  Lows will be in the 30s for the majority of the Commonwealth.  The clouds will stick around for Sunday, with just a slight chance for a sprinkle or light shower.  Most will stay dry, however.
