Artists teams range from up-and-coming young talent to international superstars. Famed multidisciplinary artist Tristan Eaton is creating a roughly 17,000-square-foot mural along the side of 84.51’s headquarters in downtown Cincinnati.

“After months of organizing, seeing BLINK officially take shape is amazing,” said Andrew Salzbrun, managing partner of AGAR, and executive partner of BLINK. “Over the next 10 days Cincinnati and Covington will begin to see artists transforming familiar places and bringing their installations to life.

BLINK takes place Thursday, Oct. 13 through Sunday, Oct. 16. The event kicks off Thursday night with the BLINK Parade. Organizers plan to release the parade route later this week.

The festival won’t only be about art this year. There are several events and attractions taking place as well. Organizers are scattering a mix of food truck options throughout the event footprint. The Asianati Night Market—featuring a variety of Asian restaurants and other vendors—will open on Court Street Plaza every night as well. There are also designated spaces planned to buy official BLINK souvenirs.

The map lists the sites of the various entertainment options as well as locations of public bathrooms.

In 2019, BLINK attracted more than 1.3 million people during its four-night run. Event organizers expect similar numbers this year.

Both Metro and TANK are offering free rides and park-and-ride stations each night of the event. The bus systems on both sides of the Ohio River go fare-free, starting at 6 p.m. each night of BLINK.

Both Cincinnati and Covington plan to release information about parking and road closures in the coming day.

A copy of the BLINK event map is available for download on the BLINK website. A digital version will be available Tuesday, Oct. 11.
